An interesting survey of 3000 people asking them 50 tasks that is made redundant because of technology.
I still do the following from the list.

3, record things using VHS.
16, use an address book.
17, check a map before or during a car journey.
25, look up something in the dictionary
26, have a phone book
27, watch videos
35, watch programs at the time they are shown.
36, dial 1471 when i get home
48, hang washing out in winter.
49 keep printed bills or bank statements.

I am really surprised that i did so many things in the list. Those are things that many dont do anymore.

for those who dont know, 1471 is the number u press to retrieve any phone messages stored on a landline phone in the phone providers message system. I guess nowadays people use their mobile phones now.
